Payment
I accept PayPal for fast easy and secure transactions. You do not need a paypal account the payment site will guide you through the process of payment with out an account. Payment is due at the time of purchase. If this is not possible please contact me before purchase. If no payment is received within 48 hours the transaction will be considered void.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of cleared payment.I ship USPS first class. Please contact me if you would like another shipping method or insurance.
International customers are responsible for all fee and taxes ect. Charged by their respective countries.
I have no way in knowing what these fees will be before hand.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do want everyone to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me with any problems.
Defective items will be replaced or your money will be refunded( every piece is carefully checked before shipping) contact me within 24 hours and send picture of defective item.
Absolutely no returns on earrings due to hygienic reasons.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you would like more than one of an item please contact me, many times I have the materials to make more.
I do ship to your pay pal address so please check to be sure that it is the correct address. If your Etsy and pay pal addresses are different I will ship to the pay pal address so there is no confusion.
